Extendable commercial grade mains IP65 rated festoon lights for outdoor use with shatterproof replaceable lamps

 

Ten metre long festoon lights with ability to extend; Should a longer length of lighting be required, simply extend by adding another unit (of the same). Up to 5 units may be plugged together giving a maximum run of 55 metres from one plug socket (including 5 Metre starter cable).

 

Ten 2.5W SHATTERPROOF & REPLACEABLE Vintage style ES lamps per unit - supplied with 2 spare lamps.

 

Flexible Rubber cable and lamp holders, for longevity.

 

Five metre starter cable with 3 pin plug for mains supply supplied ready to plug into a 13 amp socket - we recommend RCD protection is used.

An installation pack including RCD Socket adaptor, 12mtr length of catenary wire fitted with 2 "U' clamps and 12 tie wraps is also available.

 

IP 65 rated for outdoor usage - can be left outside all year round.

 

Ideal for commercial premises as well as private homes due to the high quality of manufacture.

 

We recommend the customer uses an RCD socket 

 

For easy installation and additional support we suggest a catenary wire is positioned and the festoon cable tie-wrapped in place.

Goods Return Procedure

If you wish to return unwanted items for a refund, you can do so as long as it is within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must have your receipt and the goods must be returned in new, unused and undamaged condition, with all packaging.

The returns process is as follows.

Customer will need to request a GRN (Goods Return Number/form) via email. Any goods sent back without a goods return note attached will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their cost.

Once you have been provided with a Goods Return form, you will be required to fill in all areas of the form, with a brief description of the reason for the return and enclose this with the returning item(s).

A label for the returns department address will also be supplied, this will have your own unique reference number which coincides with the GRN. Please then post the goods back at your own cost.

If the goods are sent to our sales office address in Liverpool, you will be charged for carriage to send to the correct returns address. (This will also delay the refund process).

Faulty Goods

If you wish to return goods because they have arrived faulty, please notify us of the fault via telephone or email as soon as you become aware of the fault.

On receipt of the goods, they will be inspected to check for the fault. If agreed to be faulty, we can either repair or replace the goods under warranty or we can refund the amount to your account. If however we do not find the goods to be faulty, they will be returned to you at your cost.
