The Lutec Elara LED Camera Wall Light is a multi-functional fixture that is an excellent asset to your security. If you want to protect and monitor premises or personal property, like vehicles and entrance ways, a camera that allows remote viewing is a must.

The HD camera provides High Definition video, even in darkness, with playback and high speed transmission. Bluetooth enabled for easy and fast pairing with other compatible fixtures. This fixture also has a built-in microphone and two-way speaker for live interactions. It's perfect to place next to your front door to monitor and record whoever approaches, and to speak with delivery drivers or other visitors.

The device can be operated from the Lutec Connect App, and comes with a 16GB MiniSD Card installed, for storing footage.

The light itself has adjustable colour temperature, meaning you can change from a warm yellow light to a bright daylight white. The LED capsule is replaceable by a lighting technician. The body of the light is dark grey and features a opal diffuser. This fixture is weather resistant with an IP Rating of 44.

The on-board PIR Motion Sensor is a great energy saving feature, that activates the light when motion is detected. This means you can save electricity when the light is not needed.

Goods Return Procedure

If you wish to return unwanted items for a refund, you can do so as long as it is within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must have your receipt and the goods must be returned in new, unused and undamaged condition, with all packaging.

The returns process is as follows.

Customer will need to request a GRN (Goods Return Number/form) via email. Any goods sent back without a goods return note attached will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their cost.

Once you have been provided with a Goods Return form, you will be required to fill in all areas of the form, with a brief description of the reason for the return and enclose this with the returning item(s).

A label for the returns department address will also be supplied, this will have your own unique reference number which coincides with the GRN. Please then post the goods back at your own cost.

If the goods are sent to our sales office address in Liverpool, you will be charged for carriage to send to the correct returns address. (This will also delay the refund process).

Faulty Goods

If you wish to return goods because they have arrived faulty, please notify us of the fault via telephone or email as soon as you become aware of the fault.

On receipt of the goods, they will be inspected to check for the fault. If agreed to be faulty, we can either repair or replace the goods under warranty or we can refund the amount to your account. If however we do not find the goods to be faulty, they will be returned to you at your cost.
