The Unite Up Lantern LED wall light is a traditionally-styled, classic outdoor wall light. Soft and warm light is produced by an LED dome to create a hazy, cosy glow with a vestige of Victorian London. The black die cast aluminium frame and clear polycarbonate diffuser complement the classic design of this attractive outdoor wall light. This model features a discreet PIR sensor integrated into its base which triggers the light when it detects motion, and it is ideal for lighting porches, patios, and terraces.

PIR: a Passive Infrared Sensor is an electronic sensor that measures infrared light radiating from objects in the surrounding area. When a PIR identifies movement it activates the light, so the area is illuminated. This gives practical energy saving lighting and is useful as a security alert. In terms of practicality, the light is there for you when you need it and is not wasting energy when you do not. If constant illumination of an area is not needed, then a motion sensor light is ideal. They ensure when you are present you can see your surroundings, they switch off when motion is no longer detected. This saves energy, which helps to reduce energy bills. For security purposes, the activation of the light alerts you to movement around your property, and brings such movement into visibility.

Goods Return Procedure

If you wish to return unwanted items for a refund, you can do so as long as it is within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must have your receipt and the goods must be returned in new, unused and undamaged condition, with all packaging.

The returns process is as follows.

Customer will need to request a GRN (Goods Return Number/form) via email. Any goods sent back without a goods return note attached will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their cost.

Once you have been provided with a Goods Return form, you will be required to fill in all areas of the form, with a brief description of the reason for the return and enclose this with the returning item(s).

A label for the returns department address will also be supplied, this will have your own unique reference number which coincides with the GRN. Please then post the goods back at your own cost.

If the goods are sent to our sales office address in Liverpool, you will be charged for carriage to send to the correct returns address. (This will also delay the refund process).

Faulty Goods

If you wish to return goods because they have arrived faulty, please notify us of the fault via telephone or email as soon as you become aware of the fault.

On receipt of the goods, they will be inspected to check for the fault. If agreed to be faulty, we can either repair or replace the goods under warranty or we can refund the amount to your account. If however we do not find the goods to be faulty, they will be returned to you at your cost.
